Phase 3 Review of Environmental Standards 2012/13

The Final Recommendations on Environmental Standards following phase 3 of the review have been published (November 2013).  This report includes zinc standards. 

Some minor amendments have been made since November, detailed in the change log.  The Final Recommendations document has been updated accordingly.
