About UKTAG

UKTAG consists of experts from the UK conservation and environment agencies and the Department of Environment and Local Government for the Republic of Ireland.

To help implement its work programme, UKTAG has established a number of specialist:

• Task Teams;
• Steering Groups; and
• Drafting Groups

UKTAG provides technical advice to, and receives policy advice from:

• The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs;
• The Welsh Assembly Government;
• The Scottish Government; and
• The Department of Environment, Northern Ireland.
